PERSONA
PERSONA
To gain a deeper understanding of our target audience, our team engaged in two brainstorming workshops. These sessions were crucial for implementing insights from our interviews as we aimed to represent the diverse experiences of all mothers. .
Through this process, we developed three distinct personas: a mother who has undergone multiple C-sections, another who recently experienced her first unplanned C-section, and a pregnant mother preparing for her planned C-section. This selection helped us recognize that, despite their differing experiences, these personas may share similar frustrations and needs, ensuring our approach resonates with and is relatable to a broad range of mothers.

WARMFUL QUOTES

I love the app's welcoming and bright design; it makes new mothers feel happier.
It's a great app for C-section mothers with well-organized medical information.
The card flip feature is cool and encourages me to interact with the cards and pay attention to the benefits on the back.
I liked that the language was very user-friendly while still containing medical information.
The benefits content on the back of the cards interested me a lot because it provided the self-care guidance I needed during recovery.
The color theme and layout are friendly to moms. Seeing purple items, like lavender flowers, helped me feel calm and relaxed during baby blues.
